About South African Experience™

OUR MISSION

I interact socially, in business, in nature, in education, in sport, in all walks of life, in the same way I want to be interacted with.

This is our simple truth: do unto others, as you would have done to you.

It is all about balance in life.

In doing this individually, you are motivating and inspiring others in your individual circle to also live the mission.

LIVING IT PERSONALLY

Everyday millions of people are living The South African Experience without realising it.

Try it in your marriage or personal relationships.

When you have a difference or heated words, ask the other party how she/he would have reacted to it. Nine out of ten times you`ll be able to resolve the problem from a more stable base as each party will more carefully choose their words.

You definitely regularly articulate our Mission in question form:

Will you allow someone infected with the Corona virus into your family circle?

Will you allow someone who had raped or violated one of your family members, into your social circle?

Will you as a fellow student allow disruptors of your class or exams on your campus?

Do you expect the river you are choking with garbage to give you healthy water or to be safe to live next to?

Will you the employee who does not work diligently pay your employees for not working diligently?

By acting as responsible citizens, by working hard to run your businesses and serve customers, by being good moms and dads and grandparents, by studying diligently, by helping to preserve the environment and wildlife of South Africa, by giving your best at sport and art, by delivering essential services to all, and, by welcoming people to our shores, you are living it.

You are the South African in the South African Experience™.

THE POWER OF GOOD PEOPLE

Legislation and politics can`t and won`t change the soul of South Africa.

Only people can do it.

They CAN simply because there are many more responsible people in SA than criminals, racists, and violators of people and nature.

Every second person you interact with, whether from the high, mid or low income groups is not one of the above minority.  When communities protest about something, don`t be fooled by the headlines in the media, it is a minority of  the community partaking. The majority are responsible people staying at home.  If it was total communities protesting (and currently violating Covid-19 regulations), South Africa would have been ungovernable.

The low income group, which comprises about 82% of our population, in townships and rural areas are the most affected by crime, yet there are a huge number of responsible people wanting to help change the challenging circumstances and the high crime and violence rate where they live. Now they have a platform to empower them.

The power of good is ready to be harnessed. We’re here to help make it happen.

THE PRICE OF INDIFFERENCE

It doesn`t cost money to participate BUT it could cost you a lot by not participating

South Africa needs help to make the many shortcomings in our country better.

The need was there before the Covid-19 pandemic – to reduce crime, racism, violence against women and children, violation of our nature (water, air, fauna & flora), the jobless, increase productivity of all, and more.

The need is current and imperative during the Covid-19 pandemic.

And, post Covid-19, facing a much tougher economic situation, changed social behaviour patterns and all the problems that existed prior to Covid-19, the need will increase drastically.

GIVING A VOICE TO ALL

Every person, rich, poor, young and old, of every race group has self-pride.

The poor and disenfranchised have little means to show their self-pride. Among this group there are many responsible people wanting to contribute. Unused human capital.

The South African Experience™ movement enables the responsible poor, probably for the first time ever to show pride – the South African in the Experience – visibly contributing in their communities and townships to make SA better

There are many current projects & initiatives in SA helping to make this a better country.

All these projects originate in the mid to high income groups which then reach down towards the 82% low income. The participation in these initiatives range between 0.02% and 2% of the population.

THE South African Experience™ is an EMPOWERING movement for the vast unused human capital to also stand tall & proud as South Africans.

Together with the millions of responsible people from the mid and high income groups a formidably sized group will succeed to make SA better.

Can we afford to let this opportunity to waste?
